"The "how to serve a customer politely" chapter is obviously missing from the Petbarn Butler training manual, the bag of dog biscuits I ordered through click and collect was ceremoniously dropped at my feet followed by a "sign here" to complete the experience. If the bag is too heavy, use something to carry it. Customer service sucks, I will never go to the Butler store again!"
