"Endless wait listing and no guarantees of regular appointments as they forget to ensure you have scheduled appointments. Take on far too many clients than they are capable of properly servicing. Save you money and find a psychologist and practice that actually respects you as a person and is willing and capable of providing regular appointments so you get the treatment you actually need. I had persisted with them for over 18 months and tried 2 and feel like I have genuinely wasted my time and effort with them."

"I would recommend Dr. Matthew Worthington to anyone trying to find a good psychologist. I have visited other psychologists in the past and none of them can compare to Matthew. I felt that I made more progress Matthew by the third session than I had with all twelve sessions from the previous therapist.
