"I contacted this clinic three times and I never received a reply to my questions about booking a series of scans with them. They never replied to my emails let alone my phone call. Terrible service and reception letting the clinic down. So disrespectful too and shows they couldn’t care less about the health or wellbeing of their patients. The clinic has seriously gone down hill if the first point of care with reception has failed this badly. I’ve given up on them now and will take my money and requests elsewhere to a more professional and trustworthy clinic. Ridiculous."

The staff who attended to me clearly understand that having scans done can be a daunting experience for a lot of women - they were genuinely supportive, friendly and compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable. The best part about it is having the results and recommended next steps conveyed to me before I left (I was there for a total of 2 hours - scans and discussions). I highly recommend this clinic. I believe the money spent is worth it."
