"where to start the service is appalling no one seems to work the claims consultant is never in the office. the repairs have to be chased up by you every time otherwise nothing gets done. I asked for a hire vehicle as mine was unusable in bad weather and straight up NO. you pay for it and maybe you'll get money off the other party no guarantee. The quick fix for my truck they wanted to tape it closed or tarp it closed. I will never renew my insurance premium with these guys again I have never had such bad service and been treated so poorly. absolutely useless and terrible service and i will never recommend to anyone"
