"Very disappointed. I traveled 45 minutes for this appointment. My Mum had to take time off work to drive me as I had surgery last week and am unable to dive. 5 minutes before the appointment I received a call saying they couldn’t fit me in as they had double booked. Waste of time and money. Will not recommend or go there in the future."

"Just love the time, Care & Professional service you get from Willeke. I've just had my Eyebrows & Eye-liner tattooed & the results are truly amazing. The whole process was explained & carefully done & I am so happy. It even makes me look younger, making my morning makeup routine very easy, but I can also have that natural casual look with just a few touches. I'm so impressed, I'm now booked in for electrolysis hair removal treatments for my face & groin areas. I wouldn't trust anyone else to perform these on me.. The knowledge & expertise Willeke has in the beauty industry is strong & extensive & it shows in her work & results given. One of the few women out there providing electrolysis & teaching. With specials on at the moment, I'm booked in for the 'Micro dermabrasion facial & can't wait to see the results from that. All I keep thinking is, 'Why didn't I do this sooner'? "Don't waste your time. Terrible service, customer is always wrong even when proven right. Prepaid a 10 session pass Sep 2019 not being informed of a time limit. Had 2 sessions before my baby, c section (6 week recovery/no driving) before COVID hit and shop was shut for 7 weeks. I made an appointment via Facebook "Book Now" for June 15 and called, leaving a message to confirm. Heard nothing. My mother came to baby sit from Brisbane and when I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment and I didn't book correctly. When I phoned to make my 3rd appointment (number incorrect on prepaid card and fb), I was informed my card was expired. No expiry on card and when I checked terms and conditions, nothing about the prepaid card (I have screenshots of this). $313 has been stolen from me (8 treatmemts) and Terms and Conditions changed upon challenge of rude dimiss of my evidence. Refused a refund, verbally promised treatments for my partner as I no longer feel comfortable attending, to the value then failed to contact within 2 weeks despite 3 calls, 2 face to face drop ins and a request for email to prove paid as requested (all initiated by myself and my partner). No attempts were made to contact back or make anything right. Proof of my being correct was in the fact that the company changed their terms and conditions after my argument and very specifically to address my argument. They have not compensated the money or honoured their verbal agreement to provide the credit and contact myself or my partner back as promised each time. I am disgusted in the manager's inability to admit fault, apologise and make right the issue at hand. Worst service I have ever had. I consider this theft."

"I have been coming here for awhile now but won't be returning due to a total lack of communication and disregard for messages left on their voicemail. I spoke to Alana earlier in the same week to make an appointment for a facial and laser treatment for myself on 29th May. At no time did she tell me it was a local show holiday and that they would be closed. I drove 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back for this appointment. I find it very rude and ignorant that no one bothered to call me to reschedule my appointment prior to my arrival. When I found the doors locked I rang and left a message on the phone number they have listed on their website and brochures but STILL after 5 days no one has bothered to call me back and apologise. This is very rude and extremely bad customer service."
