"Husband booked me in for 30 minute facial, 30 minute foot massage and a remedial massage. One massage therapist was sick so when we got there the lady told my husband he’d actually booked a “relaxation” massage and pedicure with the facial. My husband disagreed saying, no that’s not right, to which she admitted one of their staff was sick. I found this dishonest. I really needed remedial but they convinced me to go with the relaxation and I did not want to cause an issue. I was annoyed they had not communicated to my husband they had someone call in sick and then try and readjust times, but instead changed my booking of what my husband knew I needed as part of his wedding anniversary gift to me. I asked my husband why he booked a pedicure and he said he’d booked a foot massage, not pedicure and that he was confused. The pedicure they did then asked me to flip over straight after for a massage, I mentioned I’d just had my toes done which was literally a trim nails, wipe off old polish and apply the color. They said “it should be right” with me knowing - no that’s not right. Afterwards they apologised knowing what they had done and saying THEY had to do it this way. No regard for the paying customers needs. I openly said I would never come back for a pedicure and the comment was made “oh you want the whole works”. Seriously? Perhaps listen to your customers and what they need/want. A lot of customers visit stressed and in pain like me and it’s part of your business to make them feel better and relaxed to return to their crazy life. Facial too was like a face wash 6 times over. Nothing special. Relaxation massage was ok. I’ve had way better elsewhere and wished I chose the remedial instead of talked into the other bc of their staffing issues. Nothing to rave about here. So many great reviews we were really looking forward to it, but it was a big disappointment."

"I went there for back massage and facial What a waste of money. Girl called Ashley has no strength in massage but feels like she was just touching my skin not massage. She was telling me she is doing her best as much as she can. But she was the one got 5stars on their website. I choose her for this reason, can't imagine all other ones. Facial treatment is waste of money too,washes your face and put mask on, which I can do myself at home. Anyway, time to find a new massage and facial place for me."
