At Caloundra Health Hub, we offer a mixed billing service in a safe, friendly, and family-focused environment. Our goal is to provide high-quality healthcare to all of our patients. For more information about our billing, please refer to our fees.

We offer special considerations for certain patient groups, including children under 16 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, DVA Card holders, and patients with care plans or mental health care plans. Some services require co-claiming, with an out-of-pocket fee of $40 for mental health consultations and initial skin procedure consultations.

All new patients, except for children under 16 years, are required to pay for their first consultation in accordance with our practice fees policy. Concession card holders (Health Care Pension cardholders) receive a discounted fee of $20 for a standard consultation with one clinical issue. Additional fees may apply for longer consultations or multiple issues.

We kindly request that patients cancel their booked appointments at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a Did Not Attend bill of $50 (DNA Fee). Rest assured that your medical records are kept confidential, safe, and secure. If you need to transfer your medical records to another clinical facility, an administrative fee of $50 applies.

Our practice is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with availability on weekends and public holidays depending on the doctors' schedules. When booking online, you can specify the type of consultation you need. Our standard appointment duration is 10 minutes, but longer appointments are available for complex issues.

In case of emergencies, please call 000 immediately and request an ambulance service. Please note that we are not a COVID vaccination center, but we adhere to all government requirements as a health service provider. To ensure the safety of all patients, we require visitors to wear masks when visiting their doctors.

Our general practice offers a wide range of primary healthcare services delivered by qualified, experienced, compassionate, and dedicated general practitioners, nurses, Indigenous nurse, and allied health practitioners.
