If you have been exposed to HIV in the past 72 hours, you may be eligible for PEP, a preventive treatment. Our knowledgeable staff is here to provide resources and advice on sexually transmissible infections, ensuring you receive the necessary support and care.

At our pharmacy, conveniently located at the Biala City Community Health Centre on Roma Street, Brisbane, we offer a range of medications and treatments. Please note that there is no onsite parking available, so we recommend utilizing public transport for your visit.

Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with varying hours each day. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, we are open from 8am to 4pm, and on Wednesdays, we operate from 8am to 12pm. We understand that your time is valuable, so we encourage you to book an appointment to ensure prompt service.

As of July 1st, 2022, we are no longer able to provide private pathology forms to our patients. Pathology services can only be collected at our clinic or another Queensland Health facility. Please be aware that any testing collected at a private pathology clinic will incur a fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are a Queensland resident aged 16 years or older, you can order a free chlamydia and gonorrhoea urine test online through the 13 HEALTH webtest service. This convenient option allows you to prioritize your sexual health without the need for an in-person visit.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to remind you of the importance of isolation. If you experience COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for the virus, it is crucial to stay away from others to prevent further spread. Additionally, individuals who have visited a low-risk exposure venue and develop symptoms are required to get tested and isolate.

For your convenience, we have multiple clinic locations across Queensland, including Redcliffe, Caboolture, Strathpine, Ipswich, Southport, Toowoomba, Caloundra, Nambour, and Gympie. Each clinic operates on specific days and hours, so we recommend booking an appointment and confirming opening hours with our Brisbane Office before visiting.
