"Have been a patient there for a number of years. Doctors are competent but the receptionist Katrina is so rude to patients not only towards me but other patients as well. Reasons unknown, yet when a doctor comes through reception, different story. Personally, I think she hates her job and treats patients in a degrading manner to make herself feel better. Other staff at reception are helpful and friendly. Can't wait till she retires. See other patients reviews."
"the worst medical centre in town by far. called the 7 day medical centre yet receptionists treat you like you’re stupid if you think they’re open 7 days…. also the receptionists are extremely rude people and have no customer service. they need to change their reception staff immediately! also gave no apology after sitting on hold for half an hour, driving down there (while on hold) and the receptionist who has no patients to look after said she didn’t want to answer the phone sitting next to her that she’s left on hold for half an hour. just said she was “busy” and was incredibly rude saying that it was normal. recommend anyone who goes here finds a new medical centre!"
"I have been a patient at this clinic for over 3 years or more now and just rung up to Ask about if my doctor had finished filling in some medical forms for me which it had been nearly a week now and are very very important to me to get back. The receptionist took my details to leave my Doctor a message once again as I have rung up 3 times before now in regards to this. Then pretty much the receptionist said “I have to go now because I have other patients waiting in a very rude voice!” Well I’m sorry I’m a patient too and please treat me with respect as you ask us to do the same for you. My doctor is fantastic but the receptionist herself very very rude."
"I have a severeback injury, I recently moved to Brisbane a few months back and made this appointment desperate to see a doctor. I use their site, make the booking, get sms confirmations etc and turn up on time only to have an old rude bat tell me I should have read that they not taking new bookings… at least I can read as all the other doctors say they not taking bookings but this doctor was open. I wasted my time and now have to find another doctor preferably with staff who can conduct themselves in a professional manner and who do their jobs by keeping the website updated… and find a practise where doctors are concerned about patients not running a cattle farm to make money"
"Dr Lassig has been our family GP for the last 5 years or so. He has been a great help to our family and always tried to accommodate when we need to be seen on short notice. However, we are considering changing practices due to consistent long wait times and the aggressive admin staff. They are extremely unpleasant to deal with, I dread it every time we need to visit. As the face of the practice, they should be friendly and welcoming. However, every time we have visited we are faced with scowling, eye rolling or being ignored while they chat about their weekend plans or personal problems. The fact that they look at you, role their eyes and keep talking to their colleagues about personal topics is so unprofessional and rude. If they truly hate their job as much as they display in their behaviour, they need to find another field of work. As a health care clinic, the admin staff should be wearing masks and correctly. There's been multiple times when I see them with no mask or wearing it on their chin. They're suppose to be setting an example. This needs to be addressed by management as it seems to be a repeated topic of other patients complaints."
