"I have been there twice without an appointment. They were very accommodating and I didn't have to wait too long. I have recently been there for a procedure for which I had to make an appointment. The staff were prompt and courteous and a pleasure to deal with."

"Go to a different place..the staff here are too busy on their computer to deal with customers at their face and they will make you wait till being called. As far as I am concerned when there is 3 staff doing same thing. One should no matter what serve customers . They do not care that we are paying their wages..they don't even return calls . So yes take your business elsewhere.."

"Went in for an ultrasound, normally no issues at all but technician was horrible and set off my anxiety. She berated me and rudely asked why I'm getting said ultrasound, kept questioning why my GP would have ordered one if we knew it was an ongoing condition.. after that, cause I hadn't drunk enough water she rudely dismissed my appointment (which I get, as there was an issue before I came in which I was unable to control). I felt obligated to reschedule but not comfortable letting someone who's so callous and rude to proceed with what's meant to be an already triggering procedure for me (internal ultrasound). Staff should be more aware and compassionate during procedures."

"I was 5 minutes late for a steroid injection for my ankle. I was met but a really rude staff member telling me I was 15 minutes late. I said sorry my appointment was 9:45? Yes but you were meant to be here at 9:35am. Nobody told me this when I booked in. Oh you got a text message she says…. Go sit down fill this out …. Oh sorry because you were late we can’t do it. I was trying to find their referral which is why I was a few minutes late. I didn’t even mention this as I was shocked at the rudeness! My partner had to take the day off work for this! Because I wasn’t allowed to drive home after. Absolutely disgusting. I personally think they just couldn’t do it or didn’t want to. When I booked three of them stood around for 10 minutes trying to figure out who was going to do it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff member. Clearly these people don’t care about anyone. Personally I think the doctor just seen and out and took it…. Clearly didn’t want to do it so I probably dodged a bullet! How many doctors make you wait ….. I was barely a few minutes late. They didn’t tell me I had to be there 10 minutes before my appointment when I booked. They cost us a days wage! My partner was required to drive me home. I hope someone gets sacked because they should. That’s not how you treat someone or speak to them. I come back to grab a copy of my referral (as I never found it) after storming out and disgusting and there the ….. is laughing about it. I wish I could give her the pain in my foot and take our lost wages off her! POS"

"I had an ultrasound today at this clinic after phoning yesterday to book an appointment. I was shocked to be able to get in so promptly. It is very modern and clean with a nice feel to it too. The receptionist on my arrival was very polite - I didn’t see her name, but she had short dark hair. As I had a horrible day and was running slightly late, I was very flustered but she was kind and told me to take a seat that I didn’t miss my appointment. The sonographer was great. Experienced and professional and good bedside manner. Should I require any further imaging, I would return knowing I would have a positive experience."
