"This was extremely quick and efficient. My husband booked an appointment for me for a Covid booster. The appointment was at 4:45 so I went 10 minutes early. By 4:45, I was back in my car and driving away. Super-efficient. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is they wouldn't swab my arm before the shot, saying they only swab if the arm is obviously dirty. My colleague got a Covid Vax here and got a bacterial infection in her arm which required extensive follow up. Despite me telling them this, no swab. What? Are we saving a few cents? Alcohol swabs are $2 for 50 in Coles."

"My first time to the Minor Accident and Illness Centre at the Hub was great. The facilities were nice and clean, the nurse at the front reception was lovely and efficient and we didn't have to wait too long to see the Dr (Lock??) who was friendly and quickly diagnosed my infection after wrist surgery. Would definitely go there again instead of to the hospital."
