"Peter, Gary and the team did a wonderful job with our kitchen renovation recently. We are over the moon with the high quality and excellent workmanship. Our space was small and awkward, and they have opened it up and made it feel twice the size with some clever ideas of how to use the space more effectively. They are so experienced and have great attention to detail. Our kitchen looks MUCH MORE expensive than what it cost. Very affordable indeed. "Appalling after sales service. And if there is a problem they blame you. It took me ringing them three times, didn't get a response until I emailed the owner. Gary eventually came and did some terrible repair work ...when I emailed the owner back, he fowarded my concerns to Gary....I received the most unprofessional AND assaultive email I have ever seen...please see attached. It was HORRIBLE to receive that email.He replied in Capital letters and in red...very upsettng when I was just trying to get my kitchen into a fit state. It was also full of untruths...like we were told an hour before that he arrived that he was coming on the day....totally false... I have have a text to say that the receptionist forgot to tell us (time stamped) and a text from my daughter ( an hour before) that the cabinet man had arrived...too bad I was 100 kms away. Also untrue that he "sealed the edges" ...the day he did the work, there was splintering of the repair job. Not sealed. We were told that where the laminate was lifted, he would glue it back...he didn't do that- he screwed a metal bar under the laminate- which caused further damage to the new edge that they had just put on (....because it wasn't sealed). See photo attached.This laminate began to deteriorate just under 2 years of the work being done. Gary accuses us of "throwing water around."...we had work done 10 years before this and hadn't had a problem. They just couldn't accept that the recent work was faulty...they rudely blamed us. Pathetic. Gary did terrible work, I fed that back to Peter the boss, who basically said too bad....couldn't even be bothered to follow up. The lady that was upset on the previous review was probably pretty lucky that the didn't bother then following up also. Gary claimed that they had done "thousands" of kitchens ....funny not many good reviews Gary."

"Don't bother getting Saveways out to quote a kitchen. After waiting 6 weeks for a quote to be sent to me the only response I have received is that they have no time to send out a quote. Why come out in the first place to waste my time!"

"The team at Saveways recently built my new Kitchen and some other cabinets. The kitchen was made to fit the space and not based on Standard size boxes. It was actually custom built to fit our space and requirements. The quality, price and service made this a hassle free experience."
