"I visited Aspley Officeworks last night to get one photo printed and ended up waiting for half an hour. After waiting in the queue I was told to use the self-serving printing from which I printed off from the incorrect machine but was never advised of this prior to me walking over there. I was waiting around for my print out to be completed but was than told that the machine needed to be restarted, however was never told this until I questioned as to where my print out job was. From what was only suppose to be one print out job was such a hassle. Unaware of the guy that served me last night but very disappointed in the customer service received, in all honesty I haven’t seen someone work or move as slow as this guy. The store was relatively quiet but I would highly recommend avoiding this place, and the car park is a nightmare to get in and out of."
"Ali was a very attentive and productive employee. She was able to troubleshoot problems without an issue. While other workers brushed me off and chatted amongst each other , Ali was quick to call me and help me with the printing. Not only was she fantastically efficient, but she had a very humorous personality and ensured magnificent customer service. AI will have a hard time replacing her!"
"If Seth is working the print counter, wait for another staff member, as he will absolutely not put in any more effort than the bare minimum and talk down to you if you question him on it. This would be a one-star review, but the other staff member on the print desk, Candace, was super lovely and very helpful. She deserves 5 stars on her own."
