We are a one-stop fitness shop specifically designed for children aged 0-15 years, providing a much-needed initiative for families and communities. At MyFirstGym, we are dedicated to the science of physical literacy, ensuring that every child has a class that suits their needs. With over 60 classes available, our unique membership model offers parents convenience and variety in their child's fitness journey.

Our flagship performance program, MFG Fit, allows members to transition into training like adults through a circuit-based class led by qualified coaches. This program focuses on improving speed, endurance, power, strength, and agility, making it a perfect supplementary program for kids' sports or a standalone fitness offering.

As an engaging activity hub, MyFirstGym inspires movement and ignites your child's love for fitness. Whether your child is new to movement or a budding athlete, shy or outgoing, wants to improve performance or simply have fun, we have a class tailored to their needs.

We understand the importance of technology in children's lives, which is why we have incorporated MyMovementBuddy technology into our classes. This gamifies movement and allows children to enjoy technology while promoting healthy habits.

Please note that MyFirstGym is not a play center. All of our classes are carefully programmed by experts to ensure that your children develop skills and achieve desired outcomes.

With over 60 classes on our weekly timetable, members have access to a wide range of activities such as MFG Ninja, Parkour, Gymnastics, MFG Fit, Fitclub, Martial Arts, and Dance - all under one roof.

We strive to make it as easy as possible for parents to get their children active. With all ages under one roof, a convenient timetable, class variety, and our world-class parents lounge, kids' sports have never been more accessible.

Our coaches have undergone extensive training through our quality internal programs and hold industry-relevant qualifications to support your child throughout their classes.
