"Bad customer service, both in store & over the phone. In store had one lady very rude to the person I was with, I almost walked out. Over the phone (online 1300 customer service number) had another disinterested in finding out where my 5 day old online order was at as I hadn't received any delivery tracking updates, or when it would be delivered. Still don't know, will likely have to call back & hope to get someone who is interested in helping , or call the courier company myself."
"Had the easiest warranty experience at Northlakes through Georgia! All in one day checked the faulty car seats, ordered the replacements, booked us in the following weekend for the install.
