"Worst customer service in 40 years shopping. Not normally one to complain but this place warrants it. Do yourself a favor if you really need the brands of paint stocked here drive to Stones Corner. Wouldn’t colour match or mix paint within 10 minutes of closing even though I had driven 10k out of my way to get there. Got a lecture about how she works 6 days a week and been there since 7.00am. Kicked me out and shut the doors before closing time. Funny all I wanted was her to do her job"
"Went today for the very last time, this is the 3th time that i have been treated bad, maybe is because of my Italian accent, because you can see the face of the man changing as soon as i start talking. Not a problem buddy there few other shops where i can get paint, quite disapointing is that you should just say that you don't like me or foreigners it would save time to both of us. Thanks anyway"
"Awesome service, my plaster Ray from Just plaster repairs sent me down to these guys, He told me dont waste my money at bunnings and get a good quality paint. Im so glad i took his advice, service was great people were very nice and 110% in service and advice. But best of all is the quality in paint, its the best i have ever used. "Popped into a number of specialists paint stores in the local area to get some advice for amateurs on painting for a renovation project. Most of the other stores just talked about the big sellers and not really provide much knowledge beyond that. We spent some time at the Wattyl store and had some good information provided on preparation as well as types of paint, indicative pricing. Will be buying from here when ready."
