"Not often do you stumble across an amazing family owned company, with over 25 years of industry knowledge, who are quietly and successfully ticking along to the beat of their own creative drum. Urban Tile Company are unlike any other tile company I have encountered. They are the tile trendsetters, creatively paving the way forward. Please excuse the pun! I have to admit I was after boring white subway tiles, but I needed a subway which was longer in length, and harder to find. I'm guided by Google reviews as Brisbane is my new home - I discovered the highly recommended Urban Tile Company out in Capalaba. We called first, the lovely lady who answered the phone was amazing, she inspired us when she suggested we check out their ripple effect subway and of course, we were intrigued!. Like me - you may think it's a bit too far to travel, well think again!, because you will find more than you expected, you will be blown away by their fantastic customer service, and you will be amazed at their stunning showroom and extensive product range. Best of all - their prices fit all budgets. I have renovated many homes over the years, so I understand the impact a great tile has on a room, I don't spend big money, yet I still achieve a fantastic result with a top quality tile. Tiles should last many years, so you need an industry proven tile expert, not a budget business looking to offload cheap inferior products. If you lack renovation or design experience, the great staff @ Urban Tile will totally support you through the process. They can assist you with colour selection, tile layout, and provide you with fantastic creative inspiration. Do check out their "brick look" tiled bathroom, and their "Surfer" mosaic tiles which could easily be used as hanging artwork. Clint was the man of the hour for us, his passion for tiles shone so brightly - his enthusiasm was infectious. We enjoyed his brilliant customer focus and love for life - when Clint left us to browse through their tile collection Peter effortlessly stepped in to see if we needed additional support, such is their tight team work. Peter sorted out samples for us to take home, and yes, we did take home the ripple effect subway. We haven't ordered our subway tiles as yet, the hard part has been sorted, finding that special place we can return to over and over, knowing it will only improve with time. I look forward to building an ongoing relationship with the Urban Tile team."
