"Bit disappointed really. When asked said we wanted a marble look tile that was Matt in finish. Was immediately told that was a problem and marble look tiles were all gloss? We were then told the marble look, Matt finish tile we were standing in front of was satin, not Matt. Making us look stupid through semantics is not my cup of tea. We left and there are far too many options from where to purchase tiles to bother returning."
