"Unfortunately, my experience here was not a good one. I bought an unheated towel rail for $489 and when I got it home it was way too big for my small bathroom. I took it back, expecting to get a refund or to be able to exchange it for something more suitable. I was not able to exchange it and what's more I was required to pay $90 odd dollars "restocking fee". Is that even legal? I will never shop at Tradelink again, there are too many alternatives in my area, and everyone I have talked to is appalled. The delightful young girl who gave me my refund pointed out to me that "imagine if you buy the wrong bath, it happens all the time"."

"Unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. I ordered and paid for a vanity only to be told 3 days before it was due for delivery that it had not been made due to a tradelink stuff up. No solution was offered except to place a new order which would take another 15 working days. Was forced to buy a floorstock vanity elsewhere as my builders were ready to start. Very disappointing. Be wary if you are on a timeline."
