"I've had no problems with the doctors here. But the reception is beyond rude, completely unnecessarily. When you're dealing with vulnerable people, the least you can do is offer professional neutrality. Especially when that person is only seeking clarity about the date of their next appointment. Find a different industry to work in if you can't manage your own hostility toward those who don't deserve it."
"Avoid..... pay your top dollar here and they send you away with a medicare claim form. You then need to chase up the medicare rebate..... Every other place does this automatically at reception... not here.... It's your money and time so I suggest choose a specialist at another place."
"In the beginning, my doctor seemed to care..The last time I was in Victoria Court I was treated basically as sub human by newer staff members, particularly one female who seemed to have absolutely no compassion or empathy...I was there to put on weight due to anorexia and they kept on forgetting to give me meals. I have always been a model patient there, but that doesn't seem to matter. Within the last year, my psychiatrist has lost complete interest in my case and barely ever returns my phone calls. She keeps saying that she wants to help me, but then makes assumptions which are always incorrect and then will go on to ignore what I have said. I could keep going on and on. I suppose it may depend on the psychiatrist on whether or not you will have a decent experience at Victoria Court? ? Shae Bartaska"
