"I made a phone call to book an appointment and I was very scared and unsure with the procedures. Jane at the front counter was extremely helpful and spent 30 minutes on the phone providing me the whole procedures and price list of the service. She took care of my feeling and also told me what to expect before and after arriving to the appointment. Dr Jane Woo is also very caring and able to provide in depth information regarding to my situation. I would recommend this clinic. ☺️"
"Amazing Dr Jean Woo’s great teams Highly recommend! PA Jane and PA Karen are friendly, empathetic, kind, courteous and thorough, sense of humour couldn't recommend enough. Makes you feel comfortable, explains everything and makes sure you understand. Answers questions and helps put your mind at ease. Been taking our daughter since pregnancy. She has a great team of paediatricians, anaesthetists and midwives who aims to give us the best care we require throughout our pregnancy. She delivers our baby girl at Mitcham Private Hospital in early morning 1:42AM 26/9/2021. We have had the appointments for our baby with Dr Jean Woo and couldn't be happier with the appointments! The information and processes prior to the appointments were well communicated and enabled the appointments to go smoothly and efficiently. Dr Jean Woo was very patient, friendly, empathetic, sense of humour and took the time to make sure that information was understood and that we have had management plans in place, and provided handouts to us as requested. We are very happy to have found her with a referral from The Glen Union Medical Centre. She is very much in demand and we can see why! We understand now as well why she was recommended by our GP and also other Mums on a Facebook other parents group. "I was diagnosed with Endometriosis at 16 years old by Dr Jean Woo while I was under the knife for a hermoragic cyst on my ovaries. While i was under the knife she also placed a implanon in my arm and performed "Ablation" on me. Amongst other inapropriate comments and solutions to my diagnosis (have a baby! was one suggestion..... I was very young and living at home) permission to perform Ablation and put an Implanon in my arm was never given by myself or by my parents. I know that there was not alot of research into Endometriosis back then and i know that there still isn't but that surgery kick started 10 years of surgeries, pain and suffering for me. I am 26 years old now and when a young friend came to me and said that she had a referral to see Jean Woo to get a Endometriosis diagnosis i was concerned. My concern was confirmed when she came home in tears because Dr Jean Woo barely spoke to her about the subject and instead told her to lose weight and then continued to make my friends mother's health the topic of conversation. I never thought i would have to write this review but i need all young women who go to Dr Jean Woo for help to have a heads up on who you may be trusting with your body."
