"In our experiences, this vet is far from a five star, and we simply can’t join the obvious bandwagon of such reviews. On the minor side, reception loses track of appointments we’ve verbally made then are shocked when we show up for them. Not sure what that’s about? The more important issue we had is that every time we’ve taken either our dogs or our aunties new puppy here for consults, it feels like an upsell rather than a solution to the problem we had — like they’re just looking for something else to bill us on, or need to book a return visit for. This seems really sketchy given a completely different experience with the few vets we’d been going to for years before moving interstate."
