Murrumba Downs Vet (VetMD)

"We recently moved to the area and decided to change to VET MD due to being closer. I can’t fault their service. The staff were all incredibly friendly, saying hello to owners and pets as we walked in. The clinic is large and clean. We have two medium/large dogs and they were more than happy for them to be in the room together. The vet we had Brigitte was fantastic. She was compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does. She took the time to explain things and also reassured/validated our concerns about our aging doggos giving realistic advice and options however not being pushy and ‘Salesy’. I felt like she cares and I thoroughly recommend these guys. Also added bonus, lots of car parks so easy access. Price wise, it’s fair and on par with others. Triple vaccinations and heart worm for 2 dogs isn’t cheap. But the service and advice we got will definitely mean we will come back if we have any concerns about the furries in our life."

"We were referred to Dr Liam at VetMD two years ago by our local vet when we adopted our guinea pigs. I can not recommend VetMD or Dr Liam more highly. Firstly, the staff are always friendly and willing to help. From booking routine check ups to last minute emergencies, they've always been friendly, compassionate and willing to assist. Secondly, Dr Liam has a wealth of knowledge on small exotic animals and whether it be in person consults or calling for advice (because honestly in the begining, I had no idea how to keep a guinea pig alive), he has always allowed time for his patients (even when I'm sure he must be flat out), is warm, friendly and professional and always willing to share his wealth of knowledge so that we can better care for our pigs. If you need a good vet in the Moreton Bay Region, we highly recommend VetMd; and a big thank you from The Rasmussen Family (and Tom and Arty)"

"The team here were amazing and very comforting when it came time to put my 19 year old British Shorthair to sleep. As much as I tried to put it off for as long as possible I could see he was in constant pain and ready to be in peace. They were very caring and looked after him as he was one of their own pets. Couldn’t recommend them enough also sent a beautiful card after with my old boys paw print which was beautiful to receive after missing him so much."
