It's not about the money for me it's the principal. Don't risk your fur baby looking like mine. They butchered him. staff extremely RUDE and condescending especially the manager of the store Emma,. Emma in particular has no CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Don't go here you'll be sorry, it's not cheap"
"The staff here are what make the place great. If you are an animal lover you will be in great hands here. They are a wealth of information and will find the information for you if they don't personally know it, they go above and beyond what is considered good customer service by todays standards. They are exceptional. They retain staff for years and frequent customers are remembered and treated like friends, they remember your name, your kids names, your pets name. They are always friendly, smiling and happy to chat. In 5 years I have never had a negative experience or had stock unavailable. They have a sensible assortment of different items for a range of different pets and can meet your pet care needs. Keep being amazing guys and gals."
