I don't think such junior staff should be left alone at the counter. I had questions but he didn't even offer to find a senior staff member. I was disappointed. Then when I got home I found my $100 plus bag of Royal Canin dog food had several rips in the bag that had been sticky taped up. I feel the freshness of the contents would be compromised and the amount of contents. This clearly should have been a price mark down item. I was not a happy camper when I got home with my expensive inferior product."

"I've been a regular customer for over a year now, and sad to say that if this wasn't the closest option for us, I would definitely shop elsewhere. I'm happy to pay retail prices, but not when half of the product is dead and rotting within the container. When I brought this to their attention, and asked if it could be discounted due to the decay, the manager on shift didn't seem pleased but offered 10%. But you could clearly see that more than half of the contents were dead. When I got home, in total there were 7 live crickets between two containers. Not particularly impressed as I don't believe the price is fair and reasonable for the contents. Again, I would shop elsewhere if we could."
