Arrange a session with Petra, and she will provide you with a safe space to stop, reflect, and rejuvenate. She will listen to your concerns, help you understand your situation, and teach you coping strategies to navigate your carer responsibilities.

We are also excited to introduce Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming (EMDR) Therapy to our clients.
