To make an appointment, simply call our clinic or use our online appointment system by downloading the HCMC app from the App Store. We offer mixed billing, with Aged Care Pensioners being bulk billed and Concession card holders billed at a discounted fee. Private and Concession card holders are required to settle their accounts at the time of consultation.

In cases where patients are unable to visit the clinic due to the severity of their illness, home visits can be arranged on a case-by-case basis for regular patients. We also have a system in place for registering patients for recall, ensuring clinically significant results and preventative advice are not overlooked.

During consultations, our doctors cannot be disturbed, but our receptionist will relay any messages to them outside of consultation hours and inform you of when your call will be returned. Emergencies will be promptly attended to.
