At Hoppers Crossing Medical Centre, we believe in providing quality healthcare in a safe and friendly environment. We offer mixed billing, with Aged Care Pensioners being bulk billed and Concession card holders billed at a discounted fee. Private and Concession card holders are kindly requested to settle their accounts at the time of consultation.

For our regular patients who are unable to visit the clinic due to the severity of their illness, we can arrange home visits on a case-by-case basis, depending on doctor availability.

Preventative care is a core focus at our medical centre, and we have implemented a system to register patients for recall, ensuring timely follow-up for clinically significant results and preventative advice.

During consultations, our doctors cannot be disturbed, but our receptionist will relay any messages to them outside of consultation hours and inform you when you can expect a call back. Rest assured, emergencies will be promptly attended to.

Our mission is to promote and provide excellent care to all patients, and while full fees apply to consultations, we are pleased to offer bulk billing for Aged Pensioners.
