"On 10/01/2023 at 1:30PM, front desk Yau Wan provides very poor customer service. It seems like her job was not to serve customers, but to discuss who was right and who was wrong. When she made me angry, and asked her to write her name, she refused and walked away from the desk. I doubt if she has professional training. I don't want to score one star, I want to score negative 5 stars."

"Don't waste you time at the Box Hill store; staff in need of training. Staff are not equipped to process medical/hospital claims in store; I was told I needed to go to Medicare to get different documentation as the one I provided did not provide sufficient information. I went to a different Medibank store and they were able to process my claim."
