"Great service for my husbands appointments. Except when he rang to ask questions about his upcoming treatment & possible side effects, he was told they’d tell him on the day…Too bad if he was trying to allay his anxiety & plan ahead. A few quick answers would’ve been nice."

"I was given an appointment for a test that they dont even offer. I specifically checked twice while booking, since not many centers offer that test across victoria. I was told that they are absolutely sure about it. I drove 20 KMs with a broken leg , only to be told by the staff that it must have been 'mis-heard on phone' and 'these things happen'. I was shocked at the fact that not only the staff is untrained also super rude. Hope atleast the radiologists working inside are better than reception staff."
