"In 2018 I bought 4 sections of Er.Yag laser treatments. In the second section their operator not the nurse changed the treatment to CO2 without a doctor 's permission. She burnt my skin left with a permanent hypopigmented Scar and Brownie. Their boss Dr Chan couldn't fix it. In 2021 he promised me that they will claim insurance for me and cover all the related expenses. Until now they didn't do anything. I've contact their managers many times but the reply was always "someone will contact you, thanks for your patience ". They sent the invoice to my old address which has been stopped using 20 years ago, then they put me on the debt collector to make me pay the bills, I was completely have no idea about that!! Have lodged a complaint to ACCC recently. Strongly NOT recommend Skintech Laser Clinic."

"I saw Belinda at Skintech a few years ago and initially had a good experience with her. I had asked about a scar on my chest in one of the appointments which now I realise is a keloid scar, and she advised on popping it as she thought it was a pimple. Apprehensive about the idea but trusting her since she is the expert, she ‘popped’ it and immediately it was extremely inflamed and looked worse than what we started it. Gradually it grew to about 4 times the size and turned a few shades more red. It originally was very small and unnoticeable but has now become an obvious permanent scar on my chest. Being skincare experts I am shocked they could not tell the difference, as I had told her that the scar had been present for a long time and did not hurt like a pimple. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Skintech and regret ever going there."
