"Beware buying online. I called to explain my daughter purchased two dresses to try on and they would not do a refund. One dress is even faulty! My daughter did not see anything about not being able to return these otherwise I never would’ve allowed her to. The lady was very condescending to me on the phone. The customer service benefits them."
"Even though i live a few hundred kms away i always go to this store. The lady who is manager or supervisor there is lovely and helpful along with the rest of staff. The store is kept tidy and merchandised well. I refently made an online order and some things were the wrong size, i was given an instore credit and was able to redeem with no issues."
