"Lots of stuff to choose from but whoever designed to hang the bags way UP high in the ceiling is not a good idea! how can you choose when it’s 10 feet above the ground? Poor staff keep up and down with that metal stick(she’s so nice though). Save us from neck pain."
"I've been there 3 times in the last 2wks. Ordered click n collect to have to wait 5days to get it. I go in today 2 registers open at least 8 girls walking around and I get made to wait to be served while they had a great giggle. I then go in and have teen girls with sour faces who have 10% of there body covered in what looks like underwear be rude to me. Citybeach's acceptable work outfit policy needs reviewing. When asking for help i got no help. Wont buy from here again."
"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t interact with us at all but happily spoke to each other about their boyfriends and their personal issues. Not to also mention there was a line out the door. Will not be returning to the store again. Disappointed."
"The customer service in this store was quite good, the assistant was helpful and polite, although we did have to ask for help. The range isn't quite as good as Morayfield and certainly not as good as Chermside but the previous reviews are not representation of this store. My last visit was midday on a Saturday and I thought it was okay, as was the previous visits. I have previously returned items at City Beach with no issues."
