"I was seen quickly but by staff with no bedside manner. I was discharged without diagnosis even though I was unable to walk. I am 6 weeks pregnant and was in pain and no abdominal checks were done. Discharge letter says no motor weakness yet had to be wheeled out as I couldn't walk. Worst place I have ever been"
"Just had a minor operation performed and I can honestly say that I have never been to a hospital where all of the staff were so lovely. From the voluntary staff at the greeting desk to the surgeons, they introduced themselves and explained the process, always with a smile. I explained to the anesthetist that I had experienced difficulties from past procedures and was delighted that I actually woke up refreshed from this op.
