Reviews of Somerville House
"I went here from Prep-2nd grade before moving. This school gave me a lot of great memories, honestly. Most of the teachers were nice, except for my 1st grade teacher, who would yell and if you messed up, she would rip your paper in front of you and throw it in the trash. She did it to me once. Another thing is the uniform, and I know I'm not the only one bringing this up. But overall, I had great memories from this school. I can't speak on behalf of the older grades, however. I really do miss this school a lot, I very much enjoyed my time there and the campus is beautiful. Again, I only went for prep-2nd, so I really can't say much about the academics of this school, but from what I remember, it was pretty good. I absolutely loved my 2nd grade teacher. He was so funny and amazing. Anyways, sorry for the long review."
"such horrible and corrupted school. Only send your kids here if you’re very rich and will donate thousands of dollars to the school. Rich kids at this school get a lot of privileges and they are always prioritised. The school also can’t find good teachers, and made so many amazing teachers leave by treating them badly. Don’t pay the money for such a bad school. This is not a school, they value money more than education."
"Not a school to send your child to if they have Learning difficulties. I had to move my child as this school does not support children who require support, even though they say they do. VERY disappointed."
"So happy with the Preprep program. We are all treated like family. It’s a well-oiled machine this facility & we are so happy with made the decision to attend this school."
"I haven't been inside,but it's quite stunning architecture."
