"Excellent customer service from Jae. I returned items purchased online.5 Anaconda were fortunate indeed when they employed Jae. He definitely knows what it means to be customer centric. Nothing was too much bother for him. He went out to the storage room twice looking for items for me. While I was browsing I observed he was giving that same excellent service to other customers and never appeared to get flustered at all. The five stars are for customer service but definitely not for the seriously over stocked shop! Seriously Anaconda this made for unpleasant shopping. Very little room to move and no defined isles to walk down because there is too much stock. Items fell off racks as customers sqeezed by the racks of clothing which fell to the floor. I heard other customers complaing in regards to the overstocking as well. Anaconda how about doing some stock control it was just not pleasant to shop there for that reason only."
"Chaotic set up with quite constricting isles, which was hard to move with a pram. There were many items placed on the wrong priced racks which was annoying due to x dollar budget and had to find the matching item elsewhere to get the price. The staff however were friendly and exceptional with information, kudos to them. I'll stick to the Anaconda at Everton Park next time."
"Great winter sales and bargains but was a little tight to walkthrough the clothing area due to overloaded clothes racks. Apart from this we had a good shopping experience. Staff there were helpful and needed some assistance which they were able to provide."
