"I placed an incorrect order at 10:55pm I sent an email at 12:53am from their online ticket process once I realised the order was incorrect, in the ticket I ask to have my order cancelled as it was incorrect, they did not reply to my request until 1:34pm the next day stating that the order was already shipped, however I got shipping information at 12:25pm, coincidence that they sent off the incorrect order then soon after reply to my request being unable to help, I think not. Unsure what store this has happened at so I am placing this review on multiple stores until this is sorted, then I will happily remove."
