Andrew had my car for over a month and constantly provided excuses for not attending or looking at it. It took repeated calls and a visit in person to get some action. In the end, the fix was a small hose bracket that cost a few dollars yet charged over $500 for 'labour'. This was either his inexperience with VWs or a blatant rip. Requested an itemised invoice which still hasn't been provided months later."
