"Took my AWD VW GOLF down there for a wheel alignment after some repairs were done. Prior to the alignment the wheel was completely off centre and asked them to make it right again. I get the car back and test drive it and it’s still off centre and they didn’t compensate for the road camber especially in a car that required 0° toe. Asked them to fix it and refused"
"Salesman Jarrod I think his name was barged into our office, walking past our reception and opened a closed door to enter a private part of our office. Was very pushy trying to get our vehicles serviced by this business then proceeded to look around our office when we told him there was nobody else here like we were lying to him. Rude, unprofessional, horrible man. Our initial thought was it was a ruse by someone trying to case out our office to rob later. I will never use this business and I will actively encourage everyone I know to avoid them. I would give minus stars if I could. If they are this desperate for work perhaps it suggests they aren't great at what they do. My mechanic is always busy and doesn't need to resort to this sort of behaviour."
