"Go somewhere else. I asked for a 12 pin plug and two Anderson plugs to be fitted to my car for towing a caravan, I supplied the plans for the wiring supplied by the caravan supplier. They used two 25 amp circuit breaker when the plan asked for 30 amp, one of the circuit breaker only had one screw in it and they only fitted one Anderson plug. I had to return and ask for the other Anderson plug to be fitted and I had to explain how to do this with an isolater. All at an extra $260 to fit what should have been fitted on the first visit. I decided to have a close look at what had been done. The attached photo was taken one weeks after the work had been done. The car had not been off the black top or through water, it had been in the rain."

"Customer service terrible. Had a roller shutter fitted on my Ute, and flares. Roller shutter was missing side strips, flatted fired really badly. Refused to take responsibility for the bad flare fit . Roller shutter also fitted crooked with big gaps on one side. Had this repaired elsewhere but they’re happy to charge premium prices. Unhappy customer."

"Recently had my car in to fix my water temp on the dash and fuel hose, I had no problem with the staff they are nice and very friendly so I get a call saying “your car is fixed and ready to be picked up” go there pay them 1,100$ only to find out the water gauge still faulty, so go back in and ask if there’s anything they can do free of charge, they tell me no! So I ask for a refund, the staff go to the boss and ask, his no where to be found and let’s the staff know that they can’t offer me that!! To be absolutely done in like that!! and outta pocket 1,100$ especially for something they said they fixed but didn’t just goes to show there all about PROFIT FIRST and CUSTOMERS LAST, I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THEM It also states in there return policy the following (Items that have been fitted to your vehicle cannot be returned for a refund unless defective. Using items in a manner not intended will also not be able to be returned for a refund) I would assume that there’s obviously a defect with the water temperature they happened to so fix"

"Massive thanks to 4wd shed! They were able to install a child restraint anchor in my land cruiser 79 series. I had driven to 4 separate 4wd stores and no one was able to help not even Toyota. When I arrived they were able to assist straight away - thanks again!"

"I spent $2800 on a suspension lift through these guys. When I got home I jumped under the car and they did not install a major component. When I called up they claimed to have forgotten. Drove all the way back and also advised the cv had started leaking due to lift. They said it wasn't bad enough to worry about. In total I spent 4 hours travel time going to them and there was no apology and there customer service in general really needs to improve."
