"If I could provide zero stars I would. A group of young families made a booking on 7th Feb 2022 for January 2023. Unfortunately the couple that made the booking were then unable to attend, however the other four families were still planning on going and simply asked to have the booking transferred into one of our names. Shouldn't have been that hard I thought. But numerous contact attempts were ignored. Also followed by the owners attempting to change our dates and increase to a 4 night minimum (when we had booked a 3 night stay originally). They also stated they would keep the service fee of $630 from the girl who booked and when finally agreeing to keep our original dates, also increased the price by another $600. We had already booked and paid in full. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted in the way we were treated as a group with their unwillingness to change a simple detail and continue to try and make more money off us. So rather than work with us when we said we would keep the original reservation, they cancelled it on their end with no communication at all. Very disappointing."
"Huge home suitable for large groups. However, in summer it can get very warm in the rooms as there is no air conditioning. Great views from the home but if you do not have a vehicle, be prepared to walk up and down the hill."
"Huge versitile home suitable for 3 families. Separation where required and unity as desired. Beautiful home, well decked out, only down side appears to be the shopping at Tangalooma... very limited and expensive. You really need to bring everything with you on the ferry or barge."
