"I have resided at Riverscape for six wonderful and incredibly happy years, and I quickly learnt the ropes of my surroundings and adapted very well. Over the years I developed a great relationship with Chad Harding (before his departure), then Rachael Walkley and eventually Jason Whitlock and even the owner of the property (whom I’ve never meet), but equally grateful for her contribution and support. Every one of these amazing and wonderful people played a huge role with the remarkable experience I’ve had at Riverscape, and with whom I have the greatest respect for. Their professionalism, integrity, compassion, support, on-going help, and open-door policy have never gone unnoticed and qualities I admire and appreciate. Riverscape Apartments and Kangaroo Point is by far the most extraordinary place to live at here in Brisbane, not only because of the convenient location to the city, the nearby cafés, the choice of gym centres available, the local social evening spots, or the nearby park and dog park only meters away, or never ever growing tired of the spectacular view of the Story Bridge from my balcony, nor the availability of being at the pinnacle of the roof top during River Fire, or even embarking on various and adventurous activities at Kangaroo Point from rock climbing to kayaking along the Brisbane river, or holding celebrations at the many BBQ spots scattered around the area, or the safe surroundings after a long or late day at work and walking along the road home… but because this is the only place I really feel right at home, safe, connected and a sense of belonging. From the bottom of my heart, thank you everyone at Riverscape Apartments and the wider Kangaroo Point community for the opportunity and the forever lasting memories. You are ALL “Simply” the BEST!"

"I lived at The Point Apartments for 2.5 years. The riverside location was amazing and the property management team were always so helpful. Would highly recommend living here."

"Overall enjoyed our 1 year lease here. Gym and lifts need upgrading though. Lift in our building constantly broken. Great area but neighbours were quite loud/loud pets and smoked alot. Management were fantastic, Rachael and Chad and Jason were great. Living so close to city has pros and cons but ultimately we wanted a bit more quiet and a complex with no smoking policy."
