"Do not stay here. My 6 week old baby, partner and myself booked a 2 bedroom apartment here for 2 nights as we had to travel 1000km to Brisbane for medical reasons. The bathrooms were filthy and the toilet seat hinge was broken. Upon leaving we were blamed for the toilet seat. After talking to the manager who rang “politely” to ask if we had broken it and getting nothing but blame and rudeness we were charged $160 for something we didn’t do! Absolutely disgusted in the way it was handled. Very unprofessional."

"We booked this property as it was 10 minutes closer to our job/worksite than the city, we normally stay in the city. After working a 12 hour day in construction, to check in and find the bed was reminiscent of something the Flintstones would sleep in was quite disappointing. I had to pull the sheets back to make sure there was actually a mattress there and not a concrete slab. I have a sensitive back and like a firm mattress but this mattress was beyond firm and likened to sleeping on the floor. Unfortunately after a terrible sleep for both of us, we estimated we slept about 4 hours maximum in 6 or 7 hours we decided to do a 14 hour day and then a 2 hour drive home the 2nd day and forfeit our second night so we were able to sleep in our own beds. We will definitely be driving the extra 10 minutes to the city in the future to sleep in a chain hotel with comfortable beds. Apart from that the room was very clean and included everything you needed with a wide array of good food options nearby."
