"Location and safety are the main positives. $20 for onsite parking. Self check in ,all by text and keypads. The room is new but stark, had the queen bed room,and certainly not cheap. No window only oblique glass to let light in. Tv has rabbit ears for reception Sure some people like this type of accomodation but definitely not for us ."

"No parking space with room and $20/n for unsecured parking. Automatic check in very clunky and times out quickly. Single beds very uncomfortable, to the point that one guest stayed elsewhere. Additional charges that were not outlined prior to stay were made against bond payment with no explanation until asked. Much better value for money and service can be found elsewhere in Brisbane."

"Highly Recommended. Price is great, Service is pretty good, the location is perfect, and the rooms are really awesome. I was in Brisbane to do a 5 day intensive course, and needed a reliable place to base myself. The location is so good that it was pretty much close to everything. The rooms are lovely. Very neat and tidy and the aircon is super cold which is essential for me as that is what I need to sleep well. The windows were a little dirty on the outside and definitely need a clean, as I like to see the view I pay for from the hotel room, but that is not a major issue for me. The room had 3 roles of toilet paper which is fine, soap and shampoo and conditioner. The room has lovely showers, and a nice toilet. The bed was certainly my favourite. Very comfortable. One thing I would like is a blanket to go on top of the covers provided if i wish. The TV is awesome too, as it has wifi and I was able to watch Youtube. Super cool. There is a fridge and a microwave and those were really helpful as I stayed there for 5 days. The car parking was pretty good, though I don't like paying for parking. Especially in the suburbs. Parking is a service which should be supplied by the hotel as a part of their service, but not a huge issue. The internet did drop out on me a couple of times, but Steve reset the router and it was all good. The apartments are close to a McDonalds, literally 50 meters away... and shops are down the road with an awesome noodle place and subway and GYG. Overall the service was pretty good. I would prefer a faster method of contact, as sometimes texts to the owners were a little slow to answer, but overall the were quick, and I have to realise that there may be other issues they are dealing with. I can understand that. Actually, I love this hotel. I will stay there every time now. Thanks to Steve and Ruth, Eva and Kerry for a lovely stay. My new fav place in Bris."

"Cannot fault. Great rooms with huge amounts of space. Well appointed kitchens and large bathrooms. A 6 mkn walk to then train station and a couple of stops to town. Or a very fast bus outside the door. But the real stand out was the staff. Due to an emergency landing we were stranded in Brisbane at 0200 on new year's Eve. The team were up all night helping people find rooms and get settled. They communicated more than the airline on what was happening. They bent over backwards to help. If I return to Brisbane, I will staff here. Thank you."

"Very nice environment would recommend. Staff there are very nice. Rooms were clean on arrival, towels were provided. The washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher is very convenient. If you are staying for a while I recommend bringing washing powder and dishwasher tablets as they only provide 1 of each. Mcdonalds is walking distance if you like having a quick take out meal. Steve is so nice and he is always able to come to you if you have any issues and is very good at answering his phone no matter what time it is."
