"Customer service isn't the best. Not all employees approach you in the right way and I feel like as soon as you walk into the store the employees get right up in your face. Unfortunately this store has declined considering the customer service quality. I also being a middle aged woman.. I would like to see not all young employees.. but the majority are well under 30yrs old."

"I was absolutely impressed by the service I received in the Chirnside store. I’m pretty sure the lady that served me was named Jaqueline? She seemed to be the manager and was there for close on Boxing Day. I’ve never had someone explain to me how I should wear my bra and why I should wear it that way. Her help was amazing and she really took care of me, from navigating the Boxing Day sales to giving her opinion on a bra I was trying on. Even overhearing how she was helping another customer in store had me impressed. She really cares about her customers and her job and seems to alway put in 110%of herself to both. I never leave reviews anywhere but really felt that she needs to be recognised for the great worker she is and how grateful I am that she was there to help me. I’ve already started recommending my friends to head to Chirnside and see her specifically!"

"Dropped into Bras and Things Chirnside Park this morning, the service from the young woman Alexis was fantastic! She was in the store on her own, still managed to help multiple woman with fittings (myself included) provide excellent service and was very friendly. A very valuable employee!"

"Wonderful Place, Staff are always helpful! but seem to have bit of a turn over for this store, can never ever get the same store worker 3 months apart for a whole week, so may be a management issue? Store used to do the Click and Collect method but sadly stopped that for some reason (perhaps short on store space?) But, always amazing designs, creative people and a fun place to shop! (And especially for a guy buying surprises for a S.O.)"
