Coles Chirnside Park

"I only shop here for the specials and the coles brand of GF products. Not a big coles, not a huge variety compared to Lilydale or Mooroolbark. I don't interact much with staff here either, but it's always a hit or miss with stock on shelves. I'm there every Monday and sometimes they have what I need in stock and other times they do not, which can be frustrating as I have special dietary requirements and it means I have to travel elsewhere after my regular food shop to find what I need or work out alternatives on the fly."

"Disgusting customer service with this Coles. I ask help at the self check out counter and the girl has been extremely rude towards me， she rolled eyes and ask me if I owe any money or are in debt which is very offensive. Honestly shocking experience with this girl called Trasha, will never come back again. Management should be aware of this kind of behaviour as this is totally not acceptable."

"Natalie was called to open a register today and you could clearly see she wasn’t happy about it, slamming our groceries into a bag, not so much as a hello. The attitude was pouring out of her. Not the best when you work in customer service. I always use registers over self service to keep people in a job but with service like that I would rather check out my own groceries."

"OMG been going to this coles since it opened. Almost always lovely staff. Not today. 1 checkout open which is not unusual. 3 custs in line with trolleys full. Next checkout just closed. Speaking to lady in line, discussing lack of staff. Blaming Coles, not poor staff. Checkout lady must have overheard. Yelled out in loud aggressive voice that its not their fault as staff member away. I told her we are not blaming the staff but she continued with her yelling. So i left queue and went to self serve. I am not so young and make mistakes on this. I managed to get most items put thru however i couldnt scan a bunch of marked down flowers so looked arround for assistance. A man at checkout next to me was also trying to get assistance. We both sighted staff member who was leaning over counter having a good old chat to lady at express checkout. He called her and she came ovvet and helped him then ignored my call for help also, even tho the man she helped pointed me out for help. She went back to chatting with express lady. This lady had no customer so i dont believe she needed help. I waitef a bit then asked if she could help me. She was angry i had interrupted her and i said to her, the staff must be under a lot of pressure as they appear agitated today. Thats it, thats all i said. She swung around on me and said its not the staff, i said what do u mean, she said the customers are the problem today. I said maybe I should msg Coles to complain. She said . Yeah, who cares. Maybe she is right. Very upsetting visit today"
