"The reward program is very misleading. My account says I have $40 of rewards to spend. I went to buy some essentials for my baby due in 2 weeks but was told I didn’t actually get any reward for my $46 purchase. I could not afford the purchase as I have been off work ill and have no income coming in. This shattered me and I went and sat in my car and cried for 20 min. Very disappointed in their misleading service"
"Had to return a baby monitor as requested by Vtech and was lucky enough to be served by Sara. She was a great help, went well above and beyond to answer my questions and helped me with other products I wanted to look at too. My 2 year old was in a mood and she went out of her way to go get some stickers to cheer her up. Definitely the best Baby Bunting staff member I’ve come across at any stores and a great asset to the company."
"Mixed review. Some of the staff are over and above friendly. I think Sara and the lady with the tattoos. Great service. Another staff member with brown hair is way too skeptical of returns. Looking it over again and again and asking all these questions. Took 30 long minutes to exchange a very expensive and important item that broke on me when my baby was only 2 weeks old. I don’t skimp on quality, I’ve spent thousands at BB and I expect high quality service. Perhaps show more trust in your loyal customers and appologise firstly for a faulty product."
