"Emailed an inquiry on Saturday still hadn’t heard anything by Tuesday so emailed the Nunawading store they rang within 20 minutes and I’ve purchased the item through them. Staff training needs to be done, this is continual every time I go into this store. Disappointed every time."

What I can't accept is their delivery driver claiming to have left the parcel on top of my mailbox, which by the way is right on the sidewalk on the street, and basically washing their hands of the whole situation - "oh well it was delivered".
