Andrew that thinks he knows it all, tried to get out of it and will not take responsibility and screams and shouts and sends you away. "My partner and I went in to see Andrew and the guys for installation of an aftermarket winch and an ironman bull bar. As is the case with a lot of newer vehicles, they are fitted with some tricky electronics and factory settings that can sometimes go a little haywire. The fitting and mounting of the products was absolutely next level and we couldn't be happier, however, despite that we had issues regarding the senses and some problems with the car after the fitting. We contacted Andrew and the team the next day back at the store and they could not have handled the issue any better if they tried. Andrew was deeply apologetic and essentially redid everything without once asking for any extra payment or being difficult one bit. In the end, the issue is going to come back to the vehicle. Manufacturer and Andrew immediately offered to reimburse us for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred with them. This is how you do customer service and take care of your customers. Nothing is ever going to be 100% smooth in this sort of thing and it's how you address customer issues and complaints that matters, we could not have asked for better customer service and will absolutely be back. 100% recommend this place, thrilled with the level of service and the product. Also incredible advice and prices to go along with it!"
