"Disgraceful attitude from service staff. Little to no care be prepared to just hand over part as its likely the wrong one. Counter staff should be trained in customer service. Be prepared to wait over 15min to 20min to be served and wait another 10min for the part to picked then another 10min to be invoiced, even though you pre ordered the part considering he doesn’t take calls on his mobile. They should also wear name badges to pick the bad seed."

"Terrible service, you order parts they say come back, you go back the part is not there, you ask for refund three weeks later still no refund. If you need spare parts go to Sutton Subaru, better service and you get what you order and coffee while you wait."

"Poor customer service, overpriced, and they claim selling genuine parts well they are not I bought genuine GM timing chain kit for my car in 2017 it did 23000km and the chain stretched, and the tensioner failed obviously it's not GM otherwise the kit should be done 100,000km or 5 years. The car serviced very well always oil changed in or before due date. I don't recommend this business at all."
